Curriculum Manual

The Texas Commission on Fire Protection's curriculum program staff works with the Curriculum & Testing Committee (C&T) to develop and update the Certification Curriculum Manual, which provides the curriculum guideline for the training of fire protection personnel. This manual is broken into chapters covering each of the certification disciplines that TCFP offers. The C&T utilizes ad hoc committees comprised of volunteer subject matter experts. These experts are active first responders, trained and certified in the discipline-specific committees they serve on.
